Contact

Request a video consultation or an in-person visit.

All requests go through the NeuroNEC coordination team. The simplest way: WhatsApp, with a general message already prepared.

Private visits and care pathways, not covered by the Italian National Health Service (SSN/ASL). A consultation involves no commitment to surgery.

Message us on WhatsAppRequest a video consultationWhatsApp opens with a short, general message already written: you choose when to send it.Open WhatsApp Please do not send imaging or clinical details on WhatsApp: the coordination team will explain how to share them.

What happens next

  1. 1The coordination team contacts you and reviews your request.
  2. 2They explain the fee and arrangements and send instructions for payment in advance.
  3. 3They explain how to send complete imaging and test results, at least 24 hours beforehand.
  4. 4They confirm the date and time: only then is your appointment booked.

Sending a request does not mean you have a confirmed booking: the NeuroNEC coordination team will contact you, review your request, explain the fee and arrangements, and confirm your appointment.

Before you get in touch

A few pointers to make the first exchange more useful:

  • Say whether you prefer a video consultation or an in-person visit
  • Say which location you prefer: San Marino, Milan, Marseille or Monaco
  • Keep imaging and reports to hand, without sending them yet
  • Say when you are easiest to reach

This website collects no data or documents. The team will tell you how to share imaging and reports.
